Domestic Shipping and Handling Orders will usually begin processing the same day that they are placed, excluding Sundays and holidays, and will typically ship within two business days pending availability and credit verification. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification. Orders submitted after 2:00pm PST will not be shipped until the following day.

International Shipping and Handling

Free shipping on international orders over $200 in net purchase (after coupon is applied). Transit times are 7-12 business days for standard international shipping. For express order (3-5 business days), please contact info@nonnabambini.com with your shipping details for a quote and availability of shipping service. We do not cover taxes, duty, or fees on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. For specific information regarding custom policies and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

If you decide to refuse a shipment from Nonna Bambini, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to nonnabambini.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Standard International Shipping Rates (up to 7 lbs):

• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Merchandise returned without the without the original tag may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
• Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
